Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN AREAS:
Delivery charges vary depending on your delivery location. There are set rates for the metropolitan areas of each state which will come up when you key in your postcode in the checkout section of the website.
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE METROPOLITAN AREAS OF ANY STATE WE WILL NEED TO ADVISE YOUR DELIVERY COST:
If you live outside the metropolitan area you can download this order form pdf, fax 08 8379 0388 or post back to us at 45 Hay Rd, Linden Park SA 5065 and we will confirm your delivery cost before your order is processed. Or you can phone through your order on 0413 050 498 and we can advise the delivery cost.
IF YOU LIVE IN ADELAIDE AND PREFER TO COLLECT YOUR GOODS YOURSELF:
If you live in Adelaide and would prefer to collect the goods, they can be collected from 45 Hay Rd, Linden Park SA 5065. You will be notified via email when they are ready. Please allow 7 days processing.
IF YOU ORDER FROM SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
You will be asked to give an authority to leave the goods if you are not home. You must write down delivery instructions on where you’d like the parcel to be left in this instance, otherwise a card will be left in your letterbox which gives you the choice of picking up the goods from the couriers depot at 62 Chapel St Thebarton or getting them redelivered. Some SA drivers may charge a small redelivery fee so it is therefore advisable to leave delivery instructions.
If the goods are being delivered in a satchel and you are not home they will either be placed in the letterbox or a card will be left for you to collect them from the nearest post-office.
Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes so make sure you supply a street address for delivery.
Delivery will be between 5-10 days. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
IF ORDERING FROM ANY STATE IN AUSTRALIA (EXCEPT SOUTH AUSTRALIA):

RETURN POLICY
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is extremely important to us.
In compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, you are entitled to a refund if the products you purchased are:
- damaged in transit
- completely different than shown on the website
- receiving an incorrect quantity or not as ordered
- faulty workmanship
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.
MAKING A RETURN OR REFUNDING
Please email us at info@smilefile.com.au your contact details, the items purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for your return. We will advise how to return the product at that time.
If the products are returned they must be:
- unused and in original condition and packaging
- in an undamaged, saleable condition upon return (for those items that weren’t damaged in transit)
- returned within two weeks of purchase
Where a refund is approved we will arrange the method of payment directly with you.
